Their Crime:  Using cheats
Evidence: He is using cheats something like "Aim Bot", i tested also to stand in front of his Howtizer canon, wanted to know if he could kill me, but he continued shoot without any problem,once he also shooted while we couldn't see him. It's unbilivable to act like that with Arty. 
Please check somehow and Ban him.

I don't think aimbot exists in napoleonic wars. Could be wrong though.
Otto, I believe is using mods that display his angle and distance when aiming, but that's not illegal.
He is also very skilled to boot, which, in combination with mods, gives people impression of foul play.
Overall, it does give unfair advantage, but not something that can be proven nor moderated.
But admin can say for sure.

Also, did you just admit to arty blockin? BAN!
