You are right that you have been muted without any warning by the admin (you joined the server after the admin had already given the warnings in admin chat). So, although you broke several rules in chat, we would normally be inclined to give you a second chance. But, in truth, we already gave you a chance in the past:

Creating a second account to avoid your punishment doesn't help your case either. It also doesn't help to see that you haven't changed one bit since your previous unmute request.
